WG Decision: Change MSE registry to use WG Notes

> If there are no objections by Tuesday May 24, this resolution will carry.

Since there were no objections to this CfC, the resolution carries and we will move forward  to publish the MSE registry documents as WG Notes and this will resolve MSE ISSUE-74 [1].

Subject: CfC: Change MSE registry to use WG Notes

We recently published the EME registries and associated documents as WG Notes [1-2].  Although the current MSE registry has a permanent location there is now a MSE issue [3] to republish the MSE registry documents as WG Notes to follow the example chosen for the EME registries and associated documents.


The HTML Media Extensions WG is issuing a Call for Consensus to publish the MSE registry documents as WG Notes as per [3].



Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged.  If there are no objections by Tuesday May 24, this resolution will carry.
