[EME] MediaKeyStatusMap cluster (ISSUE-68, ISSUE-69, ISSUE-75)

Can we get someone to volunteer to make proposals for resolving the remaining MediaKeyStatusMap cluster issues (ISSUE-68, ISSUE-69, ISSUE-75)?  See below.

It would be superb to have such proposals in place to discuss by the next EME meeting or the TPAC F2F meeting.

d) ISSUE-75 - MediaKeyStatusMap: iterable declaration has unexpected behavior; ForEachCallback definition is incorrect

d) ISSUE-68 - Define key ID representation (byte order)

Status: No progress since July.

Status: No progress since July.  Blocked by ISSUE-75 and depends on ISSUE-68.
