Re: [EME] Using GitHub Issues

As discussed in the telecon
<http://www.w3.org/2015/01/13-html-media-minutes.html#item17> this week, we
are officially switching to GitHub issues for EME. We will continue to
address existing bugs in Bugzilla and will not transfer them to GitHub.
Please file new issues at https://github.com/w3c/encrypted-media/issues/new.
I have updated the SoTD and removed the "file a bug" button for now (bug
<https://github.com/w3c/encrypted-media/issues/13>).
