b) Issue #22- Provide more guidance on the behavior of the keyStatuses attribute


Note: Joe Steele promised to reply to this issue.

c) Issue #16 - Review close() and remove() logic and behavior for persistent-* sessions


Issue #18 - MediaKeySession.remove() and close() should mark session's keys as "unknown"


Status: TF members agreed to review this pair of issues related to persistence.
