https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=22120 Bug ID: 22120 Summary: Variable Frame Rate Classification: Unclassified Product: HTML WG Version: unspecified Hardware: PC OS: Windows NT Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: Media Source Extensions Assignee: adrianba@microsoft.com Reporter: cyril.concolato@telecom-paristech.fr QA Contact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org CC: mike@w3.org, public-html-media@w3.org Some media data use variable frame rates (e.g. speech coding, video surveillance, subtitles ...). It would be interesting to have support for that in MSE. In the case of the ISOBMFF, samples can be created with a given duration and later on, this duration can be extended (e.g. adjusting using tfdt or signaled using sample flags sample_depends_on=2 and sample_has_redundancy=1) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
