[VER 2] takes into consideration the updated MSE draft announced on April 8. I have specifically added the remaining 4 open bugs and one FIXED bug that I received a specific request for.
The HTML WG media teleconference meeting will occur on 2013-04-09 for up to 60 minutes from 15:00Z to 16:00Z.
