急問 - 台灣用橫排著重點位置（轉寄: RE: Underline in Taiwan）

急忙問一下大家，有沒有人知道在橫排的情形，台灣用的著重點（emphasis 
dots）是在上面還是下面（直排是右邊這個我們已經很清楚了）。目前的CSS3 
Text標準草案是說在上面，有沒有人可以確定一下這是不是對的，如果有比較專業 
的文件更好。

CSS3 Text跟CSS3 Writing Modes的編輯們正在美國的EPUB會議中編輯這兩份草 
案，所以Koji寫信過來問我。

如果大家的答案是「在台灣沒人用著重點」或是「隨便」，那我會覺得我們也預設 
為「下面」。畢竟大陸那邊有標準文件是說著重點是在下面，實作上 「zh」的都 
一樣會比較有效率。有沒有人知道港澳的情形？（話說回來，日本的標準是上面）

另外Koji還問我說豎排的底線在哪裡，這裡我就很直接的回答他右邊了，有人有其 
他的意見歡迎提出來

I should have asked this better; so my question is, while underlines are drawn at the same side as PRC, emphasis marks in horizontal text is at over for Taiwan while under for PRC, correct?

We have a document for PRC that specifies under, but we don't have clear definitions for Taiwan and your confirmation is appreciated.

Good, thank you. The same position as PRC helps us :)

Just a confirmation; Taiwan use different position for emphasis marks as specified in:
http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css3-text/#text-emphasis-position
