Is that really relevant here? When you cite documents that have specific requirements about how to cite them, please just do so. For instance, for IETF IDs (such as MIMESNIFF) the requirement is: "It is inappropriate to use Internet-Drafts as reference material or to cite them other than as "work in progress." BR, Julian
