Regardless of the sentence in the parenthesis, the request seems to be quite
clear. Having said that, the spec says
# The attribute may have a value; the value, if any, specifies the default
filename that the author

and it's quite apparent to me that this attribute is currently not a boolean
attribute and this doesn't need to be clarified.
