I'm the https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18829 guy.
There should be both border="0" and border="1" allowed.
Just like HTML4.
Otherwise you all are off your rocker.
To put it lightly.
That's what you get for ripping up standards.
