The drag and drop model doesn't have to be exposed to the mouse-deficient user
as copy/paste. It can be exposed as any model the UA wants to expose it as. I
don't see why any of the things you list wouldn't be possible. There's nothing
mouse-specific about the drag-and-drop model.
