[Bug 7539] Since @summary is an official part of the table element, it is no longer obsolete. Suffienct warning language exists in it's definition that this entry should be removed

It has already been escalated to an Issue, and will continue to be LC blocking
issue. 

Note, though, that this bug did not address whether the text was a "warning" or
a "reminder" (and you need to consider people being color blind with your use
of color). The bug focuses specifically on removing summary from the Conforming
but obsolete section.
