[Bug 7423] why deprecate s, u, strike, acronym? It makes no sense.

<s>, <u>, and <strike> have been deprecated for over 10 years now (they were
deprecated in HTML4 already).

<acronym> isn't deprecated, it's just merged with <abbr>, which did the same
thing.
