[Bug 7679] editorial: "The following content attributes must not be specified" applies to authors but is hidden behind class=impl. It would be helpful if each state listed the attributes that are allowed to be specified for that state.

Isn't the summary table enough?

I agree that technically the list of what applies and what doesn't is
authoring-level, but I figured it would not be as useful as the table, and so
would probably be harmless if hidden. I can show the bookkeeping details
sections if people think that's desireable, though. Reopen the bug and I'll
remove their class=impl annotations.
