[Bug 7367] The HTMLEmbedElement interface needs to have the name and align DOM attributes as well. Web browsers do too.

The problem is that these two attributes are lacking on the IDL interface. Most
browsers support these two attributes so ("align" in <embed>) etc. will be
true. As far as I could tell these were the only two missing.
