If you're worried about the validator not matching implementations you should
tell the maintainer of the validator to add a warning of some sorts. If we drop
the idea of the specification it will not get implemented. The whole point of
putting things in the specification is to get them implemented in due course.
We cannot just start dropping everything that is not perfectly implemented at
this point in time. That makes no sense.
