Summary: define how to parse a MIME type
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: NE
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: HTML5 spec bugs
        AssignedTo: dave.null@w3.org
        ReportedBy: annevk@opera.com
         QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: ian@hixie.ch, mike@w3.org, public-html@w3.org

Define how to parse a MIME type so it becomes a little more clear how e.g.
<script type=...> is supposed to work (and other things taking a MIME type).

<script type"text/javascript "> (trailing space) ought to work per this
algorithm by the way.
