[Bug 8032] Wouldn't it be better to show video/audio controls by default? Otherwise you might end up with media visible on the page that is impossible to play.

Change Description: no spec change
Rationale: Many use cases of <audio> and <video> are for script-triggered
playback, where controls would make no sense. Also, if we had an attribute to
_hide_ the controls, it'd be a negative attribute (e.g. "nocontrols") which
have proved somewhat confusing in the past.
