RE: CfV: Submit mutation observer tests for HTML5

I am not sure waiting until an August 3 TTWF event is going to help us move HTML5.0 to Proposed Recommendation in a timely fashion.

Let’s see if we can get volunteer(s) to supply these tests ASAP.
