RE: CfV: Submit mutation observer tests for HTML5

I am not sure waiting until an August 3 TTWF event is going to help us move HTML5.0 to Proposed Recommendation in a timely fashion.

Let’s see if we can get volunteer(s) to supply these tests ASAP.

Thanks, Kris. We're definitely looking for more expert volunteers to broaden the event beyond Content Security Policy.
