If they are not considered when this specification transitions into Candidate Recommendation status then they will be considered no later than when the specification transitions out of CR to Proposed Recommendation status. The response to our carefully considered objection was only received on July 25th: <http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html-a11y/2014Jul/0047.html> > > /paulc > > Paul Cotton, Microsoft Canada > 17 Eleanor Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K2E 6A3 > Tel: (425) 705-9596 Fax: (425) 936-7329 > > -----Original Message----- > From: David Singer [mailto:singer@apple.com] > Sent: Monday, August 04, 2014 12:25 PM > To: Sam Ruby > Cc: public-html-admin@w3.org; Edward O'Connor; James Craig > Subject: Re: WG Decision: Request transition of Image Description to Candidate Recommendation > > > On Aug 2, 2014, at 7:26 , Sam Ruby <rubys@intertwingly.net> wrote: > >> Alternatively, if Ted or anybody else wishes to raise a Formal Objection with or without addressing the requirements and use cases, they are welcome to do so at this time.
