note the CFC is for "ARIA in HTML" not "Using WAI-ARIA in HTML"

Using WAI-ARIA in HTML is an informative guide that has been published on
the note track for some time.
http://w3c.github.io/aria-in-html/

ARIA in HTML is a replacement for the author conformance requirements
(ONLY) that used to be in HTML 5.1
http://rawgit.com/webspecs/html-aria/master/index.src.html?specStatus=FPWD;publishDate=2015-03-11;wg=HTML%20Working%20Group;wgURI=http://www.w3.org/html/wg/;wgPublicList=public-html

review the updated section in 5.1
http://www.w3.org/html/wg/drafts/html/master/dom.html#wai-aria

review what used to be there: http://www.w3.org/TR/html51/dom.html#wai-aria

Also note the normative accessibility API mappings for HTML
elements/attributes now live in
http://rawgit.com/w3c/aria/master/html-aam/html-aam.htmlwhich is linked
from the updated 5.1 WAI-ARIA section.
