The TF seems to be ignoring some very important history here. 

We already have an A11Y TF decision AND a HTML WG decision in place to publish this material as a WG Note:

And I want to point out that there was a Formal Objection that was withdrawn on this document:

Any attempt to move us off the current path to publish as a WG Note MUST take this history into consideration.  In fact I believe the Chairs will require "new information" in order to reopen the HTML WG decision.

Dear all.

The results of the call are that we will adopt each work item proposed.

Yandex' objection has essentially been overruled, and the two documents "Using ARIA in HTML" and "HTML Accessibility API mapping" will be deliverables of the group.

Guidance on providing text alternatives, currently being developed in the "Text Alternatives" draft Note, will continue. We will determine later whether we request the content is taken up in the HTML spec, is an extension to it, or remains a stand-alone note. The group will also work with HTML WG and WCAG to ensure that rather than providing fragmented or conflicting advice we end up with relevant information in the most useful place, and minimise redundant work.

Thanks to all, and sorry for the delays. We have been very busy, but I hope that soon we will have updated the group's working documentation.
