I am more than happy for a deferral. The task force was keen to see a solution as soon as possible to allow implementation to happen before HTML5 is "finalized". However, there is now a specification and a discussion is on the way for changes. In my opinion, a less pushy timeline would be productive to achieve a better quality specification. I believe that if we cannot achieve agreement, we can always run the change proposal approach again for the second Last Call. Regards, Silvia. If the authors of all the proposals support deferral, then we can put it to the Working Group as a whole.
