thanks for all of your work -- since i have PF wiki priviledges.
i have marked the residual XTech wiki document as obsolete as of
2011, and providing a pointer to the HTML WG wiki version of the
metadata document about which you notified the lists...

i agree that steve should look at and comment upon what he needs 
the proposed appendix page needs to say/info it needs to include:

http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/HTML/wiki/Alt_tech_appendix
