Call for Consensus: Proposals from the April 2010 Face to Face meeting

Following on the candidate task force resolutions Janina just sent, a
survey is available in preparation for discussion and formal decision:

This survey provides opportunity for advance input by those who will not
attend the teleconference, and creates a record of input from those who
will be present. Therefore, we request that all members submit your
opinion. The results of the survey, plus any email discussion and
discussion in the teleconference, will guide any formal decisions of the
task force taken this week.

Please take a moment to complete this survey before the task force
teleconference this week.
