Michael given that this is a collection of questions, it's possible some people will have no opinion or want to abstain on some of them, but at the moment we either have to agree or disagree (yes/no). It's also possible some task force members have no opinion on all of these but want to be removed from the 'did not vote' list. Is an 'abstain' option possible?
