No, I'm happy to put in the legwork here.  The patch for
`testlist3.html` and `aboutTests.xsl` should be attached to this email,
as well as the new output file, `noxinclude1.rdf`.  I haven't yet done
anything about merging the various `GRDDL.py` heads.

Note that this patch also touches `xinclude1.rdf`, which should address
Dave Beckett's note that this aspect of the test case is broken[0].

The patch above incorporates this idea.  I should also have attached
another new file, `testing.rdfs`, which describes these new terms.  If
there is still approval for these ideas, I would be interested in
augmenting the test harness to provide feedback to the user when one out
of a subset of alternative tests passes.
