Hi Group, The use of label can be a good marketing operation that can help GRDDL diffusion. I'm looking for Microformats [1] diffusion that one of the best think is the adoption from technorati [2] (it can be also considered a Microformats Agent?) and as a default standard in blog systems. So Brian Suda should have more information of me regarding why Microformats are diffusssed. Well, the developing of a agent-label, more people should be charmed by adding a label on his or her product, can be a good marketing move. On the other hand, we have few time in order to complete process for documents. But can we talk about labels in another and separated document under the umbrella of GRDDL? So the use of a label can be in 3 ways: - Like WCAG, the seal\label is positioned without verification by W3 - Like XHTML\CSS, with validation of use cases output (but need a validator - ?) - Mixed mode, positioned by *self* verification of use cases output On the side of Web Authors, for Content and Developers, may be a good idea (?) also a label for pages that can be gleaned? a button like "This page uses GRDDL", "Extract RDF from me" or "Glean Me!". I know this is in particular a marketing issue, but can be a supplementary booster for technology adoption. So it's a delicate... Thanks for attention, Simone [1] http://microformats.org/ [2] http://technorati.com/ [3] http://www.progettidiimpresa.it/servizi/notizie/notizie_fase01.aspx?pagina=3&mp=1
