Up-to-date version of the use cases.

Hello,

Here is the latest version (Revision 1.16  2006/08/30 09:58:08) of the 
use cases:

First, please note that the uses cases have been reordered; numbering 
should not be used to refer to a use case.

This version includes: a revised version of the XForm use-case merged 
with Voltaire's and Johan's story,
a proposal to merge scheduling and extract an item (need more input 
here), an improved version of the Wiki
use case including Michel's story and a modified version of the W3C Lib 
use case to add HTML rendering
of RDF index.

If I missed any of your contributions please let me know.
