[1] As noted by Sandro we haven't even responded to some of the LC2 commenters, let alone obtained an acknowledgement. So +1 to CR conditional on that being done. I'm unclear on what the response to some of the comments would be. In particular what is the intention with regards to Leigh's suggestion (which I rather like)? Dave
