15:00 UTC is 11:00 Boston. Boston is on EDT now, which is -4 UTC. Before March 10, it was on EST, which is -5 UTC. 15:00 UTC is similarly 8:00 San Francisco. Times for Europe are correct. Are we meeting at 15:00 UTC (in which case North America times are different), or 14:00 UTC (in which case Europe times are different)?
