Yes, updates going in today or tomorrow per telecon discussion with the GLD WG.

It is going to be a Working Note AFAIK.  Must look at W3C process to see what happens next.  Answer from my perspective is, no, it is not done.  Needs review & updating as it was originally written 2 years ago by me.  We have the next two months to make this happen IMO.

Please suggest terms & definitions that you feel must be present in a 1.0 version of a LOD glossary & I'll fold them in next week.
