AW: QB UC document update + thoughts about consolidated UC document

As a follow-up to our discussion about QB in today's call, I would like to ask for feedback about the current state of the QB Use Case Document in the wiki [1]. 

It would be great if the use case document could be of any help for the next steps of QB and I am happy to further refine it if needed.

Happy New Year to everyone.

At the DDI workshop at Dagstuhl [1], Richard gave me a lot feedback to our use case document for QB. In the wiki version of the use case document [2], I have now started implementing feedback that I received since the presentation in a call on Feb 23 2012 [3]. Thanks again to everyone who gave input.

In particular, I have tried to describe more concrete use cases, also mentioning the benefits and challenges. I have removed, for now, very specific use cases of publishing XBRL or DDI data; from the feedback, I got the impression that it would be out of scope of a use case document to include them. They might be interesting for other deliverables, e.g., the BP document, though.

The Requirements section, I will update soon. Currently, they are not technical enough to be helpful.

Also, I will try to find interesting use cases from the new SDMX 2.1 that Richard had been pointing to [4].

Richard had also suggested to consolidate all use case documents created by GLD in one Working Group Note. So far, only DCAT and QB have elaborate information on use cases. Therefore, I am wondering whether there are any plans for other vocabs to have more detailed use case information.
