Welcome Hadley!

Hadley Beeman has now been appointed co-Chair of GLD.    Quoting from 
the W3C-member email:

    Dear Advisory Committee Representatives and Chairs,

    I am pleased to announce that Hadley Beeman has been appointed as co-Chair
    of the Government Linked Data (GLD) Working Group. Hadley founded
    LinkedGov [1], is a member of the UK government's Technology Strategy
    Board [2], and helped create the Open Data Institute [3].

    We look forward to gaining from her experience with both policy and
    publication issues arising in public sector open data, and her experience
    with both the developer and end-user point of view.

    Hadley joins co-Chair Bernadette Hyland.
