I've been thinking on this after our meeting, and one way could be to
first generate all those files in svg format using a tool like GraphViz
[1] using the DOT language.
And the second step will be to add (semi-automatically) the attribute <a
xlink:href="">text</a>.
Please find attached two files: a svg file and html file (clickable one)
resuming the above process, for the case of ORG
If this could be a way to go, I can take an action of this for having
all those before our next call on Thursday.
At the meantime, the editors could see how to embed the file in their file.
