W3C GLD WG Thur 6-Sept-2012

Greetings GLD'ers,
Our regular weekly schedule is back in full swing again and thus we have a 60 minute GLD-WG telecon this Thursday 06-Sept-2012 15:00-16:00 UTC (10:00-11:00 Boston, 7:00-8:00 San Francisco, 15:00-16:00 London, 16:00-17:00 Paris).

The call in info & agenda is published here [2].

This week we’ll revisit one the WG's deliverables, the Community Directory [2.1]; review the purpose & requirements [2.2]; get feedback on next steps; and report on the status of other deliverables, as appropriate.

HOMEWORK - PLEASE come with the URL for at least one community-style directory (any type is fine) and be prepared to describe what features you like about it & think would help expand the reach of government 4 & 5 star LOD. For example, I found the Massachusetts High Tech directory [2.3] which helped iterate some requirements back into the CD Requirements wiki page.

Chair: Bernadette
Scribe: TBD
Alternate: TBD
Regrets: George Thomas (travel), Tina Gheen, Deirdre Lee (travel), Gerald Steeman

Thank you and we look forward to speaking with you all Thursday.

Cheers,
Bernadette
