[QB] Implementation report - AE

I would like report a Data Cube implementation.

All integrity checks pass but the data set is confidential and has been 
tested via a private instance of the GLD validator to meet 
confidentiality requirements.

This data set comprises adverse events aggregated across a set of 
clinical trials. The data cube includes use of a substantial SKOS 
ConceptScheme, with overlaid skos Collections.

An initial validation run failed on IC-19a which revealed an error in 
the SKOS concept scheme. Correcting this error led to a complete pass. 
This gives some evidence of utility of IC-19
