[web-animations] Typo in fill mode both definition

Hi All,

Please note that both fill mode definition (3.7.1. Fill modes,
http://w3c.github.io/web-animations/#fill-modes) is the following:

    When the animation node backwards fill behavior is used.

    When the animation node forwards fill behavior is used.

There should be

    When the animation node is in the before phase backwards fill behavior
is used.

    When the animation node is in the after phase forwards fill behavior
is used.
