[web-animations] Please, reference the specification for Promise object

Hi, everyone.

I noticed that 'Web Animations' specification uses Promise objects
for defining web animation interfaces. There are a lot of different
descriptions/specifications for Promise objects.
Could you add a reference to the Promise object specification
to the 'References' section of 'Web Animations' specification?
So we all could have common understanding of terms related to promises,
for example, 'resolved promise'
