XForms 2.0 Draft review: The bind() function

Dear Group,

I propose to add the bind() function
(http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/wiki/Bind_function) to XForms 2.0.

Rationale: The bind() function eases authoring of action blocks
considerably. Until now, an author has to duplicate many binding
expressions when using xf:insert, xf:delete, xf:setvalue, etc. This is
inconvenient, error-prone and prevents decoupling of Model an UI.

I don't see any major problems in specifying bind(). A minor issue
would be circular dependencies, which should be detected by the XForms
Processor.
