Apologies, noted that HTML titles were incorrect.

Converting from Ubiquity space requires a few (non-substantive) framework 
modifications, including a change to the proper TestSuite CSS link, 
removal of the script tag that includes Ubiquity XForms, and change to 
using qualified names for xhtml elements.
