Web page news and table of deliverables updated

Dear Forms WG,

A short while ago I updated the main working group page (
http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/).

I added news items for the recent implementation reports from EMC and 
Chiba and the publication in December of "XForms for HTML"

I also updated the schedule of deliverables.  Now it has a link in the 
FPWD column for "XForms for HTML".  This in turn forced a set of updates 
to the estimated dates of delivery for XForms 1.1, XForms 1.2 and XForms 
2.0.

Clearly, the 2.0 dates suggest a recharter, since our current charter runs 
until the end of 2009.

I'd like to spend a little time discussing the new content of this table 
as a group, and that will likely be part of the agenda item to discuss the 
working group goals overall.
