Hi Liang,

I highly prefer GitHub for technical matters, and for process matters later
on when there exist a process.

In the meantime, it's my preference that we move discussion here. It's my
understanding that anyone interested will be subscribed to this mailing
list anyway, even if bulk of work happens on GitHub. So I don't see it as a
waste of time to move discussions here already.
