If we were to split into 2 groups (and I dont think we shoud) I would favour

1. Web oriented networks (based primarily on HTTP)

2. Net oriented networks (based primarily on other protocols)

I think we need to solve (1) at least to a basic level in order to have a
solid foundation for (2)
