The File Module should be compatible with XQuery 1.0+ and, I assume, XSLT 2.0+ (feel free to correct me). F&O 3.0 has been referenced as the Specificaton for serialization parameters in included in this spec. (but it can easily be adopted to an implementation that doesn’t support XQuery 3.0 yet). I can’t give the assertion for XForms 1.0 or XProc 1.0; maybe someone else can?
