To make matters worse, there don't seem to be any copies of the final pre- ballot draft left online (that used to be the best way to get documents online without having to charge). At over $280.00 for 52 pages it is nearly 170 times more expensive per page than the latest JK Rowling. Probably has better characterisation. Simon
