Thank you Stuart & Hugh, I would also like to add that in the normal context of use for schema.org (marking up web pages) not all the information provided needs to be marked up. If we don't have a term for these other requirements, it will still be possible for web pages to list them. In contexts where there is no web page, perhaps a more specialised vocabulary should be used e.g. CTDL condition profile <http://www.credreg.net/ctdl/terms#ConditionProfile> [1]. (This is actually a comment I was going to make about modelling optional competencies when I mentioned [2] these are not covered by competencyRequired <https://www.w3.org/community/eocred-schema/wiki/Competencies_for_credential> but it applies here also). So, shall we not model other requirements in schema.org?
