Having some trouble with crossed emails ... I answered this way: There you go again, insisting an American speak English :o) Simply, .gov.[xx] is a unique domain identifier, cyber-squatting is not allowed, and there is no such thing as "anonymous" Governance Policy (at least I hope not). The same "rules" do not apply. Technically, and unfortunately there is no way to demystify the math-heavy high tech, this opens up a number of imaging technologies (opportunity!!!) not available to **Private** Sector domains. ====================== P.S. I looked at my server logs. It took somebody from the US Navy "Post-Graduate School" (the Astronomy authority for the US) less than 5 minutes to download the spreadsheet (it's 10pm here). I imagine that it never occurred to them that the Sun has no idea what an "Hour" should look like. When I said "imaging technologies" I meant like an x-ray of a broken leg ... the Doctor knows it's broken, because he knows it's a leg. It's really a deep philosophical thing. Nobody has ever "observed" a Midnight.
