Folks,

Are future drafts of
http://www.w3.org/TR/2009/WD-egov-improving-20090310/ in the offing?

If so, I'd like to contribute text to the semantic web section in
order to round out the picture of what's relevant, deployed, useful,
etc in this context.

I suppose, then, that I'm asking what the process is for contributing
to the document? Please forgive me if this is a FAQ.
