Re: (Agenda) egov IG (Wednesday 9am to 1030am EST)

Hi Tom,

Thanks for forwarding this one. I just skimmed the content... are the
presentations available somewhere?

My main contact at CEN until the "role of standards" document was
produced was Peter Brown. Since then, I haven't had any contacts with
CEN, but Peter told me eGov work could start again soon. I see it
happened and there's even a plan to have W3C eGov represented there.
This is the first time I hear of that; I hope I did not miss any
previous communication.

This IG is also chartered to liaise with others. In the case of CEN we
left the charter text open to discuss if the opportunity arise, which
seems to be the case.

Chairs would be happy to talk to someone there, come back to the
Group, and try to setup a liaison between both Groups if there's
enough common ground and the Group finds it valuable. I'll have to do
it after my holidays, though :)

Are you the right contact or could you put us in touch with him/her?

Thanks much,
Jose.
